About seven years ago while deep into my customer service career, it became very unsettling how often I observed co-workers delivering sub-par service and clients / customers accepting less from whom they had placed their hope and trust in for quality help. Finally, I determined to take my knowledge working with Fortune Global 500 companies and committed myself to providing above-and-beyond experiences for one of the largest, most important, transactions many people will make in their lifetime, their home. I have received extensive training and gained valuable experience in the business. Now I regularly lead people to attain their home purchase / selling goals. Furthermore, I leverage my vast background in customer experience to cultivate an impactful, personal relationship through my competence to solve complex situations, consistent follow-up and continuous communication before, during and after the purchase / sale. I attained my Bachelors Degree in Communications from California State University, Fullerton and am a big automotive enthusiast. My first car was my father’s 1987 Mustang GT 5.0. I am active in church and as a result have a passion for spending time with and helping others. I enjoy camping, skiing, long distance drives and navigating though life with my amazing wife of almost 10 years and our two children.
